NotCo makes plant-based foods that have the same taste and texture as those of animal origin. They created an algorithm named Giuseppe who could learn infinite combinations of plants to replicate animal products, make them sustainable and taste even better, reinventing the food industry.
The collection included two different Dad Hats designed with the mission of both companies in mind, 54 yards of textile waste were recovered for production. The process of working side by side was highly enriching and the collection sold out merely ten days after launching.
